Reserve your bike up to 3 days in advance of class. Call us at 603-746-4572 to sign-up!
   
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class to be fit to your bike. Bring a small towel and water.

FRIDAY:  5:15 AM - 7:00 PM

SATURDAY: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

SUNDAY:  8:30 AM - 2:00 PM
