Our Classes

We offer a Class Premium membership package for those who want to take full advantage of the group fitness classes. Many classes offer virtual participation as well.

Our Classes

 
 

Monday

  • 20 minutes - cardio

    20 minutes - strength

    20 minutes - core/stretch

  • Start your week with an hour of strength and conditioning. This class is fast-paced but the instructor can provide modifications to meet the needs of every fitness level.

  • Get your week started with this uplifting Monday-morning rhythm ride.

  • Our bodies are designed to move, so we keep it moving with this low-impact cardio workout and combine it with stability and light resistance training exercises.

  • An intelligent, gentle and all inclusive “slow flow” in the Shakti style. This breath-driven practice is visually guided with minimal necessary cues. This method allows the practitioner's own body to safely be the primary teacher.

 

Tuesday

  • If you like early morning workouts, then you will love this pre-dawn ride! Kick off your day with a little bit of work, and a whole lot of fun!

  • This workout is FUN. Get your dance on, while also breaking a sweat. Zumba skirts optional, but definitely add to the fun! Zumba Toning has the same fun energy using lightweight toning sticks throughout the dances.

  • After a long day, come clear your head and get your heart pumping with this evening indoor cycle class.

 

Wednesday

  • This class gives you a total body resistance workout with focused stretching to boost your overall mobility and flexibility.

  • Barre & Pilates offer a muscle conditioning class using the bar and all kinds of special equipment such as gliders and Bender balls.

  • Our bodies are designed to move, so we keep it moving with this low-impact cardio workout and combine it with stability and light resistance training exercises.

 

Thursday

  • If you like early morning workouts, then you will love this pre-dawn ride! Kick off your day with a little bit of work, and a whole lot of fun!

  • This class is a high-energy mix of strength and cardio.

  • Enjoy a relaxing stretch session made for all levels of flexibility and mobility.

  • Our cycle room has 22 bikes and a lot of pizzaz. Whether you are a beginner or a long-time rider, our certified instructors will make sure you get a safe and effective workout.

 

Friday

  • A muscular conditioning workout like no other! Using free weights, stability balls, resistance bands, and just your own body weight, this class will burn calories & sculpt muscles.

  • The perfect blend of yoga and pilates! Lengthen and strengthen your muscles and build a strong and resilient core.

  • Finish out the week with this heart-pumping, feel-good class.

 

Saturday

  • This workout is FUN. Get your dance on, while also breaking a sweat. Zumba skirts optional, but definitely add to the fun!

PLEASE NOTE: Classes may be canceled if there are fewer than 4 people registered (including Zoom).  All classes are subject to change based on attendance and interest. Classes that do not regularly have at least 4 participants will be phased out.

Class Premium Members: Access to all classes as part of membership.

Gym-Only Members: May take a class for $10/class.

Members who joined prior to Jan 2023 will continue to get free access to most classes up until cancelation or Jan 2028.
