We offer a Class Premium membership package for those who want to take full advantage of the group fitness classes. Many classes offer virtual participation as well.

Our Classes

 
 

New Spring / Summer Schedule Starts May 6th

Monday

  • In Super Strength, we focus on the fundamentals of good strength training form incorporating all major muscle groups for a total body workout.

  • 1st Monday - Aerobics & Strength - Traditional aerobics format followed by 20 min of strength training.

    2nd Monday - Step Interval - Step aerobics using basic combinations with muscle conditioning intervals.

    3rd Monday - Aerobics & Strength

    4th Monday - 20/20/20 - 20 min Cardio / 20 min Strength / 20 Core + Stretch

  • Get your week started with this uplifting Monday-morning rhythm ride.

  • Our bodies are designed to move, so we keep it moving with this low-impact cardio workout and combine it with stability and light resistance training exercises.

  • An intelligent, gentle and all inclusive “slow flow” in the Shakti style. This breath-driven practice is visually guided with minimal necessary cues. This method allows the practitioner's own body to safely be the primary teacher.

 

Tuesday

  • If you like early morning workouts, then you will love this pre-dawn ride! Kick off your day with a little bit of work, and a whole lot of fun!

  • This workout is FUN. Get your dance on, while also breaking a sweat. Zumba skirts optional, but definitely add to the fun!

  • The same fun energy with with lightweight toning sticks used throughout the dances.

  • After a long day, come clear your head and get your heart pumping with this evening indoor cycle class.

 

Wednesday

  • This class gives you a total body resistance workout with focused stretching to boost your overall mobility and flexibility.

  • A muscle conditioning class using the bar and all kinds of special equipment such as gliders and Bender balls.

  • This mid-week morning ride will help you stay on track for the rest of the week and keep you motivated.

  • Our bodies are designed to move, so we keep it moving with this low-impact cardio workout and combine it with stability and light resistance training exercises.

  • In Serenity Stretch we work on releasing commonly tight areas of the body and restoring balance throughout the body.

 

Thursday

  • If you like early morning workouts, then you will love this pre-dawn ride! Kick off your day with a little bit of work, and a whole lot of fun!

  • This class blends yoga and mobility exercises to improve overall posture, strengthen your core and increase functional movement.

  • Our cycle room has 22 bikes and a lot of pizzaz. Whether you are a beginner or a long-time rider, our certified instructors will make sure you get a safe and effective workout.

 

Friday

  • A muscular conditioning workout like no other! Using free weights, stability balls, resistance bands, and just your own body weight, this class will burn calories & sculpt muscles.

  • A strong core is essential for safe and effective weight lifting, so in this class, we make the core our main focus. Yes, you can work your triceps and your core at the same time!

  • Finish out the week with this heart-pumping, feel-good class.

 

Saturday

  • This workout is FUN. Get your dance on, while also breaking a sweat. Zumba skirts optional, but definitely add to the fun!

PLEASE NOTE: Classes may be canceled if there are fewer than 4 people registered (including Zoom).  All classes are subject to change based on attendance and interest. Classes that do not regularly have at least 4 participants will be phased out.

Class Premium Members: Access to all classes as part of membership.

Gym-Only Members: May take a class for $10/class.

Members who joined prior to Jan 2023 will continue to get free access to most classes up until cancelation or Jan 2028.
